المهام والمسؤوليات

Top Goals of the Maintenance Manager

1. To maintain or increase the 85% Line Production Efficiency by strictly monitoring the equipment and machines for each lines

2. Make sure the Preventive Maintenance are applied and the performance of the machine are well monitored and reported.
All machines must have proper documentation of Preventive Maintenance history

3. Cost savings and control on spare parts and has ideas how to find the best alternative spare parts in relation to RND replacement spare parts

4. Coordinate with Production and QC department daily related to daily issues that appear, production targets and prevent issue to appear

5. To prevent any loses such as sleeves, products and raw materials due to machine failure

6. Coordinate with Project Department related to the new projects of the company in meetings, reviews and on-site support needed by the Project Manager

7. Monitor and discuss issues from each Maintenance Section Head and create action plan to avoid repeated problem

8. Promote good team coordination, make trainings and improve the capacity technically of each engineer by making evaluation

9. Can bring good maintenance engineers as agreement to make strong Maintenance department

10. Can send good report professionally as technical response to Top Management

• بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية فما فوق
• 7 سنوات يفضل في مجال الصناعات الغذائية
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ، العمل بروح الفريق
• أجادة اللغة الإنجليزي

نظام العمل

8 ساعات يوميا 6 اسبوعيا

ساعات الدوام

من 8 الى 4 ظهرا عدا حالات الطوارئ
